JYOTI Street Project of CWSN conducted a 3-day residential Micro Business coaching to its beneficiaries at Pokhara Urban Development Training Centre in January 2013, where 7 street boys participated. The coaching targeted for the permanent and partial (living in street and family as well) street children, enabled them to effectively deal with the customers and sell their goods to make a better profit. In other ways, the training links with money management technique, a life skill that also helps in developing their decision making power. A street boy immediately reintegrated to his family living in Nawalparasi (District in western Nepal) which is an exemplary effect of coaching class.

The coaching session, facilitated by CDK (Children's Development Khajana, a child bank) facilitator and the CDK collector, was supported by entire JSP team. The training contents were those provided by the founder of CDK, Butterflies, India.
